Governing Law and Jurisdiction - Pinnacle Premium Pediatric Clinics Network
Section 1: Applicable Law
1.1. This Governing Law and Jurisdiction ("Policy") governs the use of the services ("Services") provided by Pinnacle Premium Pediatric Clinics Network ("Clinics"), operated by Bharath HealthCare Laboratories P LIMITED ("Company").
